Whilst I am not defending a breach of the separation of powers, the fact is that we, with our own experience gained from the daily business of building up democracy, parties and grassroots democracy, have more knowledge than is to be found in an administrative body, in which people are trained to look at things from a completely different angle, and I do not believe that this is about simply coming up with theoretical concepts that cost a lot of money but produce no results.
Bien que je ne défende pas une atteinte à la séparation des pouvoirs, il n’en reste pas moins que, grâce à l’expérience que nous avons acquise dans la tâche quotidienne qui consiste à édifier la démocratie, les partis et la démocratie sur le terrain, nos connaissances sont plus vastes que celles des organes administratifs, où les gens sont formés à considérer les choses d’un angle tout à fait différent. Je ne crois pas qu’il s’agisse simplement d’avancer des concepts théoriques qui coûtent cher et ne produisent aucun résultat.
