In addition to this objective, the proposal intends to improve the circulation of information amongst maritime administrations in the States of the Union to better coordinate the system applicable to transfers between registers with the Community acquis, particularly with the Directives on controls by the port state and classification societies which we have adopted in the Erika packages.
En plus de cet objectif, la proposition vise à améliorer la circulation des informations entre les administrations maritimes des États membres de l’Union afin de mieux adapter le régime applicable aux changements de registre à l’acquis communautaire, spécialement aux directives sur les contrôles par l’État du port et les sociétés de classification, que nous avons adoptées dans les paquets Erika.
