In its judgment delivered today, the Court rejects all the arguments put forward by Electrabel in support of its action for annulment of the contested decision, by which it criticised the Commission, among other things, for having categorised the infringement incorrectly and for having failed in its obligation to state reasons for its decision.
Dans son arrêt rendu ce jour, le Tribunal rejette tous les arguments invoqués par Electrabel au soutien de sa demande d’annulation de la décision attaquée, selon lesquels elle reprochait notamment à la Commission de ne pas avoir qualifié correctement l’infraction et d’avoir manqué à son obligation de motivation de sa décision.
