21. Where a depositor becomes insane or otherwise incapacitated to act, and such incapacity is proved to the satisfaction of the Director, and he is satisfied of the urgency of the case, he may authorize payment, from time to time, out of the deposits of such depositor, to any person whom he shall judge proper, and the receipt of such person shall be a good discharge of the same.
21. Lorsqu’un déposant devient atteint d’aliénation mentale ou se trouve autrement frappé d’incapacité légale, et que ladite incapacité est établie d’une façon jugée concluante par le Directeur, si ce dernier estime qu’il y a matière urgente, il peut permettre que, sur les fonds au crédit de ce déposant, soient prélevées de temps à autre des sommes à verser à toute personne qu’il juge avoir qualité pour les recevoir, et le reçu de cette personne constitue quittance bonne et valable en l’espèce.
