Any change in the uniform rate of VAT resources, in the correction granted to the United Kingdom and in its financing referred to in Article 5 of Decision 94/728/EC, Euratom in the rate of the additional resource and, where appropriate, in the GNP financial contributions shall require the final adoption of a supplementary or amending budget and shall give rise to readjustements of the twelfths which have been entered since the beginning of the financial year.
Toute modification du taux uniforme des ressources TVA, de la correction en faveur du Royaume-Uni et de son financement visés à l'article 5 de la décision 94/728/CE, Euratom, ainsi que du taux de la ressource complémentaire ou, le cas échéant, des contributions financières PNB est motivée par l'arrêt définitif d'un budget rectificatif ou supplémentaire et donne lieu à des rajustements des douzièmes inscrits depuis le début de l'exercice.
