1. Articles imported by institutions or organisations eligible for relief in accordance with the conditions laid down in Articles 67 and 68 may be lent, hired out or transferred, whether for a consideration or free of charge, by these institutions or organisations on a non-profit-making basis to the blind and other handicapped persons with whom they are concerned, without payment of the corresponding customs duties.
1. Les objets importés par des institutions ou organisations agréées au bénéfice de la franchise dans les conditions prévues aux articles 67 et 68 peuvent être prêtés, loués ou cédés, à titre onéreux ou à titre gratuit, par ces institutions ou organisations sans but lucratif aux aveugles et aux autres personnes handicapées dont elles s’occupent, sans donner lieu au paiement des droits de douane afférents à ces objets.
