For the Member States bound by the Prüm Treaty, the relevant provisions of this Decision and the Annex hereto once fully implemented shall apply instead of the corresponding provisions contained in the Implementing Agreement of the Prüm Treaty.

These measures are to be based on the Implementing Agreement of 5 December 2006 concerning the administrative and technical implementation and application of the Prüm Treaty.
