Il peut s'agir d'une atteinte à la vie privée, car si vous effectuez une recherche dans Google sur l'apnée du sommeil, vous ne voulez pas nécessairement que les gens sachent que vous souffrez de ce problème — ou de tout autre problème de santé. S'agit-il d'une infraction criminelle si l'entreprise a transmis cette information à une société pharmaceutique qui ensuite vous offre d'essayer les bandelettes nasales Breathe Right ou quoi que ce soit d'autre?
