Accordingly, this measure will apply to the phase following the grant of the patent by the European Patent Office, which will be responsible, on the basis of the revised Munich Convention, for examining all Community patent applications, granting Community patents and administering them.
Dès lors, la présente mesure s'appliquera à la phase suivant la délivrance du brevet par l'Office européen des brevets qui sera chargé, sur la base de la convention de Munich révisée, d'examiner toute demande de brevet communautaire, de délivrer les brevets communautaires et de les administrer.
