Compte tenu du passage du SEC 79 au SEC 95 aux fins du budget et des ressources propres et afin de maintenir inchangé le montant des ressources financières mises à la disposition des Communautés, la Commission a recalculé, conformément à l’article 3, paragraphes 1 et 2, de la décision 2000/597/CE, Euratom du Conseil du 29 septembre 2000 relative au système des ressources propres des Communautés européennes , le plafond des ressources propres et le plafond des crédits pour engagements, en pourcentage exprimé avec deux décimales, sur la base de la formule figurant audit article.
