Condemns Russia’s military operations in Chechnya, which have been accompanied by continual and systematic violations of fundamental rights (executions, kidnappings, torture and racketeering), as was even recognised in the report by Akhmad Kadyrov, head of the official administration in Chechnya; reaffirms the need to find a political solution to the Chechen conflict;
2. condamne les opérations militaires menées par la Russie en Tchétchénie, qui s'accompagnent de violations continues et systématiques des droits fondamentaux (exécutions, enlèvements, tortures, racket), comme l'a lui-même reconnu le rapport de Akhmad Kadyrov, responsable de l'Administration officielle de la Tchétchénie; réaffirme qu'il est nécessaire de trouver une solution politique au conflit en Tchétchénie;
