Whereas, in order to harmonise the technical methods of certification used in the various Member States and to enable comparisons to be made in the future between seed certified within the Community and that coming from third countries, Community test fields should be established in Member States to permit annual post-control of seed of the various categories of "certified seed";
considérant qu'afin d'harmoniser les méthodes techniques de certification des différents États membres et pour avoir, à l'avenir, des possibilités de comparaison entre les semences certifiées à l'intérieur de la Communauté et celles provenant de pays tiers, il est indiqué d'établir dans les États membres des champs comparatifs communautaires pour permettre un contrôle annuel a posteriori des semences des différentes catégories de semences certifiées;
