Svend Robinson moved, That Bill C-9, in Clause 1, be amended (a) by replacing line 5 on page 1 with
the following: " " study" , " environment" , " environmental effect" and " exclusion list" in subsection" " environmental effect" means, in respect of a project, (a) any change that the project may cause in the environment in the short-term and long-term, including any change in health and socio-economic conditions, any change that is likely to result from the project in combination with other projects or activities that have been or are being carried out or are reasonably anticipated and any change in physical and cultural heritage, i
