The clerk shall draw up the minutes of the hearing which shall include the names of the parties, their attorneys and witnesses, the exhibits and documents filed during the hearing, the amendments and admissions, the nature of the objections, the decisions rendered and any other particular the judge may require.
Le greffier dresse un procès-verbal d’audience où il indique notamment l’identification des parties, de leurs avocats et des témoins, toute production de pièces et de documents pendant l’audience, les amendements et les admissions, la nature des objections et les décisions rendues, ainsi que toute autre annotation dictée par le juge.
