An operator shall not select an aerodrome as an en-route alternate aerodrome unless the appropriate weather reports or forecasts, or any combination thereof, indicate that, during a period commencing 1 hour before and ending 1 hour after the expected time of arrival at the aerodrome, the weather conditions will be at or above the planning minima in accordance with Table 1 above.
L'exploitant ne doit sélectionner un aérodrome comme aérodrome de dégagement au décollage que si les observations ou prévisions météorologiques ou toute combinaison des deux, indiquent que, pour la période débutant une heure avant et se terminant une heure après l'heure estimée d'arrivée, sur cet aérodrome les conditions météorologiques seront égales ou supérieures aux minima de préparation du vol, conformément au tableau 1 ci-dessus.
