3. In the case of shared beneficial ownership, the paying agent shall inform the competent authority of its Member State of establishment or, in the case of a paying agent referred to in Article 4(2), it shall inform the competent authority of the Member State where it has its place of effective management whether the amount reported for each beneficial owner is the full amount attributable to the beneficial owners collectively, the actual share pertaining to the beneficial owner concerned or an equal share.
3. Dans le cadre de cas d'une propriété effective partagée, l'agent payeur indique à l'autorité compétente de l'État membre dans lequel il est établi ou, dans le cas d'un agent payeur visé à l'article 4, paragraphe 2, indique à l'autorité compétente de l'État membre dans lequel il a son siège de direction effective si le montant communiqué pour chaque bénéficiaire effectif est le montant total qui revient collectivement à l'ensemble des bénéficiaires effectifs, la part réelle revenant au bénéficiaire effectif concerné ou une part égale.
