As regards the labelling and presentation of Spirit (preceded by the name of the fruit) obtained by maceration and distillation, the wording ‘obtained by maceration and distillation’ must appear on the description, presentation or labelling in characters of the same font, size and colour and in the same visual field as the wording ‘Spirit (preceded by the name of the fruit)’ and, in the case of bottles, on the front label.
Eu égard à l'étiquetage et à la présentation de l'eau-de-vie (suivie du nom du fruit) obtenue par macération et distillation, les termes «obtenue par macération et distillation» doivent figurer dans la désignation, dans la présentation et sur l'étiquette avec des caractères de police, de dimension et de couleur identiques à ceux utilisés pour les termes «eau-de-vie (suivie du nom du fruit)» et figurer dans le même champ visuel, et, sur les bouteilles, ils doivent figurer sur l'étiquette frontale.
