Enfin, les «problèmes techniques» importants qui ont surgi, après la signature, pour l’application pratique de l’accord, reconnus par la Commission et relatifs à des modalités de pêche comme le filet tournant (pêche au lamparo), la palangre (longueur, hameçons), à la répartition de la pêche pélagique ou aux débarquements dans les ports locaux, conduisent à la nécessité de demander que la Commission tienne le PE informé des modifications qui seraient introduites et que les mesures qui seraient appliquées aux flottes locales ne soient pas discriminatoires par rapport à celles qui s’appliqueraient à la flotte communautaire.
