Presented by Mr Cardoso e Cunha and Mr Millan, Members of the Commission, and by Mr Aranzadi, the Spanish Industry Minister, Europartnership '89 provides businesses in Andalusia in southern Spain with the opportunity to conclude commercial, industrial and technical cooperation agreements with partners from other regions of the Community, so strengthening the industrial fabric of the region.
