Following the decision by the Conference of Presidents on 16 May 2012, upholding the request of both IMCO and ECON for the split, the Commission adjusted its view to take into account the Parliament and Council position and on 29 August 2012 it adopted an amended proposal on Customs 2020 and Fiscalis 2020.
À la suite de la décision de la Conférence des présidents du 16 mai 2012 confirmant la demande des commissions IMCO et ECON de séparer ces deux programmes, la Commission a modifié son point de vue afin de tenir compte de la position du Parlement et du Conseil. Le 29 août 2012, elle a adopté une proposition modifiée relative à Douane 2020 et Fiscalis 2020.
