Member States may not implement the planned measures before the Commission has approved the PAIA concerned (iii) Criteria for eligibility for aids Farmers and members of their families working on the holding may qualify for income aid only where the - 3 - overall family income from the holding amounts, per work unit, to less than 100% of the regional GDP per member of the working population or, at the option of the Member State concerned, 75% of the national GDP per member of the working population, and the maximum threshold must not exceed the latter figure.
