The Board shall assess the amended plan, and shall instruct the national resolution authority to notify the management body or the person or persons appointed in accordance with Article 72(1) of Directive 2014/59/EU within one week whether it is satisfied that the plan, as amended, addresses the concerns notified or whether further amendment is required.
Après avoir évalué le plan modifié, le CRU donne instruction à l'autorité de résolution nationale d'indiquer à l'organe de direction ou à la ou aux personnes nommées conformément à l'article 72, paragraphe 1, de directive 2014/59/UE, dans un délai d'une semaine, si elle estime que les problèmes ont été résolus dans le plan tel que modifié ou si d'autres modifications sont nécessaires.
