3. ESMA, any relevant authority under point (a) of Article 12(1) and any authority referred to in Article 60(1) or, respectively, the authorities referred to in Article 55(4) may, at any time, request that the competent authority of the CSD’s home Member State examine whether the CSD and where applicable the designated credit institution is still in compliance with the conditions under which the authorisation is granted.
3. L’AEMF, toute autorité concernée visée à l’article 12, paragraphe 1, point a), et toute autorité visée à l’article 60, paragraphe 1, ou, respectivement, les autorités visées à l’article 55, paragraphe 4, peuvent demander à tout moment à l’autorité compétente de l’État membre d’origine du DCT de vérifier si le DCT et, le cas échéant, l’établissement de crédit désigné respectent toujours les conditions d’octroi de l’agrément.
