By using new technologies and with the support of the Newfoundland and Labrador French school board, we wanted to build on what already existed primarily by: updating the Labrador station and providing computer equipment so as to broadcast on the web; doing the same thing with the Mainland studio on the Port au Port Peninsula; using this momentum to update and reequip the studio, which would create a small studio in St. John's for a minimal cost.
On voulait, grâce aux nouvelles technologies et avec l'appui du Conseil scolaire provincial francophone de Terre-Neuve et Labrador, consolider ce qui existait déjà, soit : remettre à jour la radio de Labrador et l'équiper au plan informatique, de façon à pouvoir diffuser sur le web; faire la même chose avec le studio de Grande Terre, sur la péninsule de Port-au-Port; profiter de ce momentum pour remettre en état le studio et le rééquiper, ce qui créerait un petit studio à peu de frais à Saint Jean de Terre-Neuve.
