4. For the purpose of paragraph (a) of the definition " fisherman" in section 2 of the Act, a person has or intends to acquire a prescribed interest in a fishing vessel or a proprietary share in a fishing vessel if he has or intends to acquire an equitable or legal interest therein.
4. Aux fins de l'alinéa a) de la définition de «pêcheur» à l'article 2 de la Loi, une personne possède ou a l'intention d'acquérir un intérêt prescrit dans un bâtiment de pêche ou une part de propriétaire dans un bâtiment de pêche si elle possède ou a l'intention d'acquérir un intérêt sanctionné par le droit ou l'equity dans ce bâtiment.
