As to the question whether other contracts have been concluded with Fléchard, I have told the Committee that, for its part, the Commission can state that further contracts have been concluded on the basis of tenders, and with regard to the question as to whether export contracts were concluded at national level or export transactions were carried out, I would point out that, throughout the agricultural sector, payments to individual recipients can be made only at national level.
Sur la question de savoir si d'autres contrats ont été conclus avec la société Fléchard, j'ai fait savoir à la commission du contrôle budgétaire que d'après les informations dont nous disposons, d'autres contrats ont effectivement été conclus dans le cadre de la procédure d'adjudication; et sur la question des contrats ou des opérations d'exportation au niveau national, je signale que le paiement en faveur des différents bénéficiaires a lieu exclusivement au niveau des États membres dans l'ensemble du secteur agricole.
