If the regulations are carefully crafted and, as my colleague, Ms. Lawson, says, crafted in a transparent manner, and if that is the way they're always going to be done, then potentially it could work fine, bearing in mind the smallest detail, like the one I flagged about ATMs, to the biggest picture of exactly what it is we're collecting here, how it's dealt with, and who uses it.
