(b) "half-carcases of bovine animals", for the purposes of subheadings 0201 10 and 0202 10, the product resulting from the symmetrical division of the whole carcase through the centre of each cervical, dorsal, lumbar and sacral vertebra and through the centre of the sternum and of the ischio-pubeic symphysis; "half-carcase" shall include the front part of the half-carcase comprising all the bones and the scrag, neck and shoulder having more than 10 ribs;
b) "demi-carcasse de l'espèce bovine", au sens des nos 0201 10 et 0202 10, le produit obtenu par séparation de la carcasse entière selon un plan de symétrie passant par le milieu de chaque vertèbre cervicale, dorsale, lombaire et sacrée et par le milieu du sternum et de la symphyse ischio-pubienne; est à traiter comme demi-carcasse la partie antérieure de la demi-carcasse comprenant tous les os ainsi que le collet et l'épaule, mais avec plus de dix côtes;
