4 Contracting Governments shall, at five year intervals after 1 July 2004, communicate to the Organisation a revised and updated list showing all the approved port facility security plans for the port facilities located within their territory together with the location or locations covered by each approved port facility security plan and the corresponding date of approval (and the date of approval of any amendments thereto) which will supersede and replace all information communicated to the Organisation, pursuant to paragraph 3, duri ...[+++]ng the preceding five years.
