Whereas in accordance with Article 5 of Council Directive 87/22/EEC of 22 December 1986 on the approximation of national provisions relating to the placing on the market of high-technology medicinal products, particularly those derived from biotechnology (8); the Commission is required to submit proposals to harmonize, along the lines of Directive 75/319/EEC, the conditions for authorizing the manufacture and placing on the market of medicinal products derived from human blood or human plasma;
considérant que, conformément à l'article 5 de la directive 87/22/CEE du Conseil, du 22 décembre 1986, portant rapprochement des mesures nationales relatives à la mise sur le marché des médicaments de haute technologie, notamment ceux issus de la biotechnologie (8), la Commission est tenue de présenter des propositions tendant à harmoniser, par analogie avec les dispositions de la directive 75/319/CEE, les conditions concernant les autorisations de fabrication et de mise sur le marché des médicaments dérivés du sang ou du plama humains;
