annul the judgment of the Civil Service Tribunal of 13 November 2008 in Case F-90/07 in so far as it upheld the first plea alleging irregularity of the recruitment procedure, infringement of Articles 7(1) and 29(1) of the Staff Regulations and the principles of equal treatment and eligibility for promotion, in that the level of posts was fixed at grades AD9 to AD14 in so far as it concerned the post of head of operations in Tanzania, and annulled the rejection of Mr Traore's candidature and the appointment of Mr S. to that post;
annuler l'arrêt du Tribunal de la fonction publique du 13 novembre 2008 dans l'affaire F-90/07 en ce qu'il accueille le premier moyen tiré de l'irrégularité de la procédure de recrutement, de la violation de l'article 7, paragraphe 1, et de l'article 29, paragraphe 1, du statut ainsi que des principes d'égalité de traitement et de vocation à la carrière, en ce que le niveau des postes a été fixé aux grades AD9 à AD14 dans la mesure où il concerne le poste de chef des opérations en Tanzanie et annule le rejet de la candidature de M. Traore ainsi que la nomination de M. S. audit poste;
