(g) the tour operator agrees to ensure that, for tours between Canada and a point or points in Bermuda, the Caribbean, the Bahamas, Mexico, Central America or the northern coastal regions of South America including Colombia, Venezuela, Guyana, Surinam, French Guiana and the islands adjacent thereto, the return air transportation of a tour participant from the last stop on the tour itinerary shall not be commenced prior to the 72nd hour after the scheduled hour and day of that participant’s departure from the point of origin of the tour;
g) le voyagiste s’engage à s’assurer que, dans le cas des voyages à forfait entre le Canada et un ou des points situés aux Bermudes, aux Antilles, aux Bahamas, au Mexique, en Amérique centrale ou dans les régions côtières du nord de l’Amérique du Sud, y compris la Colombie, le Venezuela, la Guyane, le Surinam, la Guyane française et les îles adjacentes, le vol de retour des participants à partir de la dernière escale de l’itinéraire n’a pas lieu avant la 72 heure suivant l’heure et la date prévues pour le départ du point d’origine du voyage;
