L'an dernier, à peu près à cette époque, j'avais proposé au gouvernement une motion privée sur la création d'un secrétariat qui collaborerait avec les divers ministères fédéraux, les ministères provinciaux et les organismes de réglementation pour faire en sorte que les diplômes et titres de compétence des personnes voulant immigrer au Canada puissent être reconnus afin qu'elles puissent exercer. Cela nous éviterait d'avoir des chirurgiens et des professionnels travaillant comme chauffeurs de taxi ou gardes de sécurité.
