After consulting the section of the 'One Stop Internet Shop' dealing with public procurement tenders (the TED database), the firm was able to find several calls for tender of interest, translate them free of charge with the Systran automatic translation service and consult the Euro-Info-Centre in Cologne (EIC), which specialises in public procurement tenders and helped the firm to draw up suitable bids.

Dans le cadre de son Plan d'Action Multilingue (1), la Commission organise du 11 au 14 fevrier a Luxembourg, Batiment Jean Monnet, une conference sur le systeme SYSTRAN de traduction automatique, dont l'usage s'etend a travers le monde et en particulier en Europe, ou les versions linguistiques mises au point par la Commission sont exploitees dans differents centres.

As part of its "Multilingual" Plan of Action (1), the Commission is organizing a conference on the SYSTRAN automatic translation system, which will be held on 11-14 February at the Jean Monnet Building in Luxembourg. Systran is used world-wide and in particular in Europe, where the different language versions developed by the Commission are used at various centres.
