Aux termes de l’article 28 de l’accord interinstitutionnel du 17 mai 2006 [10], qui définit le cadre budgétaire applicable au FEM, le montant annuel maximum alloué au FEM ne peut pas excéder 500 millions d’EUR, ce montant pouvant provenir de la marge existant sous le plafond global de dépenses de l’année précédente et/ou de crédits d’engagement annulés lors des deux exercices précédents, à l’exception de ceux liés à la rubrique 1B du cadre financier.
Under Article 28 of the Interinstitutional Agreement of 17 May 2006 [10], which lays down the budgetary framework of the EGF, the EGF may not exceed an annual maximum amount of EUR 500 million, which can be drawn from any margin existing under the global expenditure ceiling of the previous year, and/or from cancelled commitment appropriations from the previous two years, excluding those related to heading 1B of the financial framework.
