Regrets the ongoing problems in relation to freelance interpreters, the management of which is presently shared with the Commission; asks its Secretary General to submit a report, in time for the first reading of the 2001 Budget, examining the advisability of Parliament assuming sole responsibility for the management of its freelance interpreting needs;
