Selon notre commission, le projet de décision améliorera en fait la définition des compétences de l'OPOCE et fera considérablement avancer l'identification des responsabilités politiques et administratives des institutions et des instances gouvernantes de l'Office, satisfaisant ainsi largement à l'objectif formulé par le Parlement dans sa résolution du 29 janvier 2004 concernant la décharge pour l'exercice 2001.
Our committee considers in fact that the draft Decision will ameliorate the definition of the competencies of the OPOCE and dramatically improve the identification of political and administrative responsibilities of the institutions and of the governing bodies of the Office, thus largely meeting the goal put forward by Parliament in its resolution of 29 January 2004 concerning discharge in respect of the 2001 financial year.
