Si l’assuré demande le bénéfice accordé en cas d’incapacité, il devra se soumettre à l’examen d’un médecin désigné par le ministre (Les honoraires du médecin devront être payés par l’assuré.) Si le médecin est d’avis que l’assuré est atteint d’une incapacité totale et est inapte à conserver continuellement tout emploi raisonnablement rémunérateur, et qu’il y ait improbabilité que l’assuré se remette complètement ou partiellement de ladite incapacité et de ladite inaptitude, il en attestera.
