La présidence doit donc se consacrer à la réalisation du Plan européen de relance économique, en insistant sur son intégration dans le cadre de la stratégie de Lisbonne: après l’utilisation d’outils à court terme pour renforcer nos économies, les réformes à moyen terme et à long terme entreront en jeu.
The presidency must therefore devote itself to the realisation of the European Economic Recovery Plan, with emphasis on its incorporation into the Lisbon Strategy framework: after short-term tools for strengthening our economies, the tools for medium- and long-term structural reforms will come into play.
