Si tel est le cas, si le gouvernement veut bel et bien une association à participation facultative, pourquoi ne pas étendre cette possibilité aux agriculteurs et leur donner, à tout le moins, le droit d'élire ceux qui les représenteront dans une association à participation volontaire appelée la Commission canadienne du blé?
If that is the case, why not extend it to those particular farmers, if indeed the government wants a voluntary association, and simply say that at the very least it will give people the right to vote for the folks to represent them on a voluntary association called the Canadian Wheat Board?
