L'inscription d'un prestataire de services certifiée par les organismes compétents sur une liste officielle ne constitue, à l'égard des pouvoirs adjudicateurs des autres États membres, une présomption d'aptitude à la prestation des services correspondant au classement du prestataire que par rapport à l'article 53 , paragraphe 1 et paragraphe 2, points a) à d) et point g), à l'article 54 et à l'article 55 , paragraphe 1, points b) et c), et à l'article 56 , paragraphe 3, deuxième alinéa, point a).
Certified registration in official lists of service providers by the competent bodies shall not constitute, for the purposes of the contracting authorities of other Member States, a presumption of suitability corresponding to the service provider's classification except as regards Article 53 (1) and points (a) to (d) and (g) of Article 53 (2), Article 54 , points (b) and (c) of Article 55 (1) and point (a) of the second subparagraph of Article 56 (3).
