The Canadian Forces enablers born in operations — things that I am so confident will be deployed wherever we go tomorrow, be it domestically or internationally, whether it is tied to force protection, manning the towers that would support an airfield or a port or a forward operating base, whether it be our capacity for civil-military cooperation, influence activities — those capabilities are things that the reserves are beginning to embrace.
