«d) ressortissants autres que ceux visés au point c) d'un État qui n'est pas partie à la convention de Paris ou à l'accord établissant l'Organisation mondiale du commerce et qui, selon des constatations publiées, accorde aux ressortissants de tous les États membres la même protection qu'à ses nationaux en ce qui concerne les marques et qui, lorsque les ressortissants des États membres doivent apporter la preuve de la marque dans le pays d'origine, reconnaît l'enregistrement de la marque communautaire comme une telle preuve».
'(d) nationals, other than those referred to under subparagraph (c), of any State which is not party to the Paris Convention or to the Agreement establishing the World Trade Organization and which, according to published findings, accords to nationals of all the Member States the same protection for trade marks as it accords to its own nationals and, if nationals of the Member States are required to prove registration in the country of origin, recognizes the registration of Community trade marks as such proof.`
