Le nouveau paragraphe 51.01(8) accorde au tribunal devant lequel sont intentées des poursuites pour une infraction prévue à l’article 51.01 le pouvoir, en cas de déclaration de culpabilité, d’ordonner qu’il soit disposé – notamment par destruction – des produits, étiquettes ou emballages ayant donné lieu à l’infraction, de l’équipement ayant servi à leur fabrication ou du matériel publicitaire relatif à ces produits.
New subsection 51.01(8) gives the court before which any proceedings for an offence under section 51.01 are taken the power, on a finding of guilt, to order that any goods, labels, or packaging in respect of which the offence was committed, any equipment used to manufacture them and any advertising materials relating to the goods be destroyed or otherwise disposed of.
