La Cour souligne à cet égard que l'obtention d'une dispense n’implique pas que le chômeur soit exonéré de l’obligation de rester à la disposition de l’office de l’emploi, dans la mesure où, même s’il est dispensé de s’inscrire et d’accepter tout emploi convenable, il doit toujours rester à la disposition dudit office aux fins du contrôle de sa situation professionnelle et familiale.
In that regard, the Court states that the fact that the unemployed person has obtained that exemption does not mean that he is exempt from the requirement to remain available to the employment services inasmuch as, even if he does not have to register as a jobseeker or accept any suitable employment, he must still remain available to those services so that they can monitor his employment and family situation.
