Member States shall ensure that, where they carry out examinations for the presence of the zoonoses and zoonotic agents which are subject to monitoring pursuant to Annex I, food business operators keep, for a period to be specified by the competent authority, and communicate to the latter at its request, the results of examinations for the presence of the zoonoses and zoonotic agents listed in Annex I.

Unaccompanied minors are informed prior to the examination of their application for asylum, in the presence of their legal guardian and/or legal adviser, and in a language which they understand, about the possibility of age determination by a medical examination. This shall include information on the method of examination and the possible consequences of the result of the medical examination of the application for asylum, including the consequences of refusal on the part of the unaccompanied minor to undergo the examination.
