32. s'inquiète que la Bosnie-Herzégovine ne dispose toujours pas de centre de détention national qui puisse accueillir les prisonniers condamnés pour des infractions graves, notamment des crimes de guerre; se réjouit de l'arrestation de Radovan Stanković, fugitif qui s'était échappé de la prison de Foča après avoir été condamné par la Cour d'État de Bosnie-Herzégovine à 20 ans d'emprisonnement pour crimes contre l'humanité, dont viol, esclavage et torture;
32. Is concerned that BiH still lacks a State-level detention facility that can accommodate prisoners convicted of serious offences, including war-related crimes; welcomes the capture of Radovan Stanković, the fugitive who escaped from Foča prison after having been convicted by the State Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and sentenced to 20 years’ imprisonment for crimes against humanity, including rape, enslavement and torture;
