Après avoir attentivement examiné les observations formulées par M. Faraj Faraj Hussein Al-Sa’idi dans une lettre datée du 16 juillet 2009, la Commission estime, au vu du caractère préventif du gel des fonds et des ressources économiques, que l’inscription de M. Faraj Faraj Hussein Al-Sa’idi sur la liste se justifie en raison de ses rapports avec le réseau Al-Qaida.
