en cas de différence de la qualité du coton livré par rapport à la qualité visée à l'article 3, paragraphe 2, le prix convenu sera ajusté en fonction d'un barème de bonifications et de dépréciations adopté dans le cadre d'un accord interprofessionnel homologué par chaque État membre, élaboré par une organisation interprofessionnelle agréée par chaque État membre , proportionnellement à l'incidence de cette différence de qualité sur le prix du coton égrené par rapport au prix visé à l'article 5;
if the quality of the cotton delivered differs from the quality referred to in Article 3(2), the price agreed will be adjusted on the basis of a technical scale of increases and reductions adopted under an interbranch agreement approved by each Member State and drawn up by an interbranch organisation recognised by each Member State in proportion to the effect of that difference in quality on the price of the ginned product in relation to the price referred to in Article 5;
