Le paiement de l'aide communautaire est subordonné notamment, à condition qu'il s'agisse de plantations homogènes, sans cultures associées, à une densité de plantation minimale, à la mise en place d'une culture optimale et durable, dans le respect des caractéristiques agronomiques et climatiques de la zone de culture, ce avec l'aval de l'État membre, et à une taille de parcelle minimale de 0,2 hectare .
1. Payment of the Community aid shall be conditional on, in particular, homogeneous planting, without associated crops, minimum tree density and the optimal and sustainable cultivation of plots, in keeping with the agri-climatic characteristics of the production area, to the satisfaction of the Member State, and on a minimum plot size of 0.2 hectares .
